With a Bachelor's degree in Sound and Image from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in 2021 he won a runner-up prize at the Celsys International Comic/Manga School Contest with Coffee Break. In 2023, his VR experience Deep Dive won the Edigma Semibreve Scholar award and was exhibited at the Semibreve festival at Gnration.
He completed his Master's in Animation (Summa cum Laude) at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2025, during which he directed Night Shift — shortlisted for the Prémio Nacional da Animação 2025, the Entre Olhares film festival, and the 23rd edition of IndieLisboa. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Science and Technology of the Arts at the same institution, and is completing Child Window Glass, a 20-minute 2D animated film expected to release in 2026.
